Gujarat 1 is a 10 MW project under the Gujarat Solar Policy 2009 that commenced full operations in November 2011. We entered into a PPA with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited in April 2010 for a period of 25 years at a tariff rate of Rs. 15 per kilowatt hour for the first 12 years and Rs. 5 per kilowatt hour for the remainder of the term of the contract.

At commissioning, this was the largest solar power plant in the country and is spread across Khadoda and Sinhol villages in the Sabarkatha District.

Punjab 2 is a 34 MW project that commenced full commercial operations in October 2014. Three different PPAs were signed in December 2013 with Punjab State Power Corporation Limited at a tariff rate of Rs. 7.67 (15 MW), Rs.7.97 (15 MW) and Rs. 8.28 (4 MW) per kilowatt hour for 25 years.

Rajasthan 3 is a 100 MW project under Phase II Batch I of the NSM. Three PPAs were signed with the Solar Energy Corporation of India in March 2014 for a period of 25 years at a tariff of Rs. 5.45 per kilowatt hour with VGF. This was one of the largest portfolios won under the policy. Spread across over 717 acres of land in Jodhpur, this project commenced full operations in May 2015, making Azure the largest owner and operator of NSM projects totalling 142 MW.

Punjab 1 is a 2 MW project that was commissioned in 2009. The offtaker for the project is NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited, with a tariff of Rs. 17.91 per kilowatt hour for a period of 25 years. This was also the first private utility scale solar project built in India, making us the longest tenured private solar power generating company in India.

Rajasthan 1 is a 5 MW project that was constructed over a period of nine months. The project was commissioned in December 2011. The PPA was signed in January 2011 with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited with a tariff of Rs. 11.94 per kilowatt-hour for a period of 25 years.

Gujarat 2 is a 260 MW project for which a PPA was signed with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for a tenure of 25 years with a tariff of Rs. 2.67 per kilowatt-hour. 95 MWs of the project commenced operations in 2018 ahead of scheduled PPA operation date. The entire 260 MW project was commissioned in 2019

Andhra Pradesh 2 is a 100MW project for which the PPA was signed with NTPC Limited with a tariff of Rs 5.12 per kilowatt-hour for 25 years. The project commenced operations in 2017.

Karnataka 3 is a 130 MW project for which a PPA was signed with Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Company Limited, Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited and Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company Limitedfor a tenure of 25 years with a tariff of Rs. 6.51 per kilowatt hour. The project is divided in three sub-projects of 50MWs, 40MWs and 40MWs each. The project commenced operations in 2016.

Punjab 3 is a 28 MW project that commenced commercial operations in January 2016. Two different PPAs were signed with Punjab State Power Corporation Limited in March 2015 with a tariff of Rs. 7.19 (24 MW) and 7.33 per (4 MW) per kilowatt hour for 25 years.

Telangana 1 is a 100MW project under the Phase II Batch II State Specific Bundling Scheme of JNNSM for which the PPA has been signed with NTPC Limited for a tenure of 25 years with a tariff of Rs. 4.67 per kilowatt-hour. The project commenced operations in 2018.
