Executive Assistant to CEO
The Executive Assistant will work closely with Azure Power's CEO and management on long term vision and growth of the company. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and supporting CEO on all internal and external meetings
- To manage the chief Executive’s workload, act as gatekeeper and follow up meetings, external contacts, ideas for new business etc;
- To provide regular updates on government policies and legislations.

Manager, Project Development
Hands-on executive who can lead and manage project development activities for the company. Responsibilities include:
- Liaison work with nodal agencies such as Electricity Boards, Energy Development Authorities, Pollution Boards and other nodal agencies for getting clearances and permits for development of Azure Power Solar Power Plant in various states.
- Identification and acquisition of land for company’s power projects in various states.
- Inter-departmental communication to provide status of clearances and understanding of technical requirements for project development.

Senior Manager/Manager - "Operations"
- 2 positions available; one based in Karnataka and one based in New Delhi.
- Project development role; responsible for dealing with nodal agencies, acquiring land, and finalizing contracts for projects.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to produce deliverables, meet deadlines, work independently, and spearhead multiple projects.
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and comfort in a fast-paced environment required.

- At least five years experience in renewable power project electrical execution and management.
- Extensive knowledge of the electrical systems that generate solar power - cables, inverters, HT yards, etc.

Senior Engineer - "HT Yard"
- Graduate in Electrical engineering.
- At least eight years of work experience with senior leadership of power plant power evacuation, operation, and maintenance.
- Expert in proactively maintaining HT yards (11/33/66 kV, Transformers, CT/PT), Lines, and Cables.
- Preference given to those with exposure to inverters.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing O&M strategies and excellent safety protocols.
